Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in UGX (with optional USD display) and may change without notice.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across East Africa and worldwide. Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Returns
Coffee bags can be returned unopened within 14 days. Merch can be returned in original condition within 30 days. Contact us to start a return.
Intellectual Property
All content — including text, imagery, packaging artwork, and the Nganzi name and logo — is owned by Nganzi Coffee and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nganzi Coffee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
